• I may not always agree with the decisions of my colleagues, but I will treat them with the respect they deserve to achieve our board collective goals.

• I will communicate honestly and transparently to the public when I must make tough decisions that affect the lives of our students, staff and teachers.

• I will demand honesty and transparency from my fellow Board Members and PUSD staff.

• I will have accessible communications channels with my constituents, with quick, timely responses.

I’m dedicated to measurable and visible accountability to promises made.

• I am very adept at setting benchmarks for goals.

• I will not lose sight of these goals when evaluating the achievements of the superintendent and staff.

• I will absolutely reward and publicly laud the success of administration when they make successful progress to these achievements.

 

I see each of us as one PUSD family, unified by our love of the District we serve and the children we support.
